1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and engaging with RankNexis services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Service Scope & Execution
RankNexis provides digital marketing, SEO, design, and software engineering services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of each project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal mutually agreed upon before the commencement of services.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and access permissions required to execute the agreed-upon strategies. Delays on the client's end may impact project delivery timelines, for which RankNexis cannot be held liable.
4. Payment Protocol
Invoices are to be paid according to the schedule outlined in your project agreement. RankNexis reserves the right to suspend services or hold final deliverables until all outstanding financial obligations are cleared.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment, the client assumes complete ownership of the final deliverables unless otherwise stated. RankNexis retains the right to display completed work within our portfolio and case study archives for promotional purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
RankNexis operates with high technical precision, but we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings or revenue figures due to the constantly shifting nature of digital algorithms. We shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
